The files that you would need

The files that you would need can be found at

http://www.cimms.ou.edu/~lakshman/ametsoc/

The .sty file does not need to be modified. Save the ametsoc.sty file into a subfolder of your \TCITeX\TeX folder. Save the ametsoc.bst file into a subfolder of your \TCITeX\BibTeX\Bst folder. You may want to download the samplebib.bib file into a subfolder of your \TCITeX\BibTeX\Bib folder. You can open it with an ascii editor and modify it to reflect the bibliography entries you are using in your document.

Download sample.tex into the folder where you plan to work on the document. There are instructions in the body of this document which should get you started.

If you have any specific questions about this, please feel free to ask.

It does not look like this .sty file requires that a graphic be placed in the footer, but you can go to the following web page for hints on specifying the contents of your headers and footers:

A trick, which has worked for other users, is as follows. Start a blank document and import the graphic you wish to be in the footer of your document. Save the document and open it with an ascii editor. Copy the \includegraphics command to your clipboard. Then, when you are using technique described in the URL above, you can paste the contents of the clipboard as the argument of the \cfoot, \rfoot, or \lfoot command.
