template for Biostatistics journal

I am submitting a manscript to the journal Biostatistics.  The journal has a template, which they want used,  containing files with the names bio.cls and a bunch of xxx.sty files.  The first two lines of the .cls file are

\NeedsTeXFormat{LaTeX2e}[1995/12/01]
\ProvidesClass{biostatistics}

Where, in the directory sw50, do I put these files, so that they will be called on when I prepare my sciword document?

You should place the .cls and

You should place the .cls and .sty files into a subfolder of the \TCITeX\TeX folder. There is probably also a .tex file that can serve as a template.
