Deletion of framed equation arrays

The import problem I recently reported (in the Beta forum) persists in the 6.0.14 version--namely, the disappearance of framed equation arrays. This is the type of code SWP6 doesn't seem to like:

\begin{equation}
\fbox{$%
\begin{array}{l}
\nabla \cdot \boldsymbol{D}(\boldsymbol{r},t)=\rho _{l}(\boldsymbol{r}%
,t)\smallskip \\
\nabla \cdot \boldsymbol{B}(\boldsymbol{r},t)=0\smallskip \\
\nabla \times \boldsymbol{E}(\boldsymbol{r},t)=-\dfrac{\partial }{\partial
\,t}\boldsymbol{B}(\boldsymbol{r},t)\smallskip \\
\nabla \times \boldsymbol{H}(\boldsymbol{r},t)=\boldsymbol{J}_{l}(%
\boldsymbol{r},t)\boldsymbol{+}\dfrac{\partial }{\partial t}\boldsymbol{D}(%
\boldsymbol{r},t)%
\end{array}%
$}~ \label{cua}
\end{equation}%

We did have a bug report of this type.  I've added your exact example to the bug report.
