You can start a new shell,

You can start a new shell, add the times package,  choose File, Export Document, select Shell (*.shl) as the Export Type, and export it to the appropriate subdirectory of your \Shells directory. Then, open this shell if you want to have Times as your default font.

The shell is what is used

The shell is what is used when you start a new document.

Choose File, New, and select the shell that you typically use. Then, add the times package as described at

http://www.mackichan.com/techtalk/529.htm

Then, export the document as a shell file into the appropriate directory.

If you want this to be the default when you choose File, New, then choose Tools, User Setup, Start-up Document, locate the shell you have created, select it, and click OK.

1. No, adding the package is sufficient.

2. The location of your new shell depends on where you export it. If you export your new shell into the \Shells\article\SW directory, then when you choose File, New, you will find your new shell in the Articles directory.
